I had a coaching call with a truly brilliant man by the name of Opher Brayer. He is polymath thinker in the tradition of Leondardo DaVinci and others. He is also the inventor of the micro-coaching model and coaching app Impro.ai. You may have seen a recent webinar by Kelley Tenny and Darby Rollins demonstrating the micro-coaching model and Impro.ai platform. Both Impro.ai and Stages.global which teaches children polymath thinking skills were founded by Opher.

One of the insights from today's call is how do we teach people to be able to quickly re-skill in the AI-era? Today, people need to re-skill roughly every 10 years depending upon their profession. In the AI-era it will drop to 3, 2, or 1 year.

With this kind of rapid change, how people possibly keep up with the new skills they are constantly needing to learn? Is the answer polymath thinking?
